At The Oodie CA, we want you to feel as cozy as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different color or a full refund, our team is here to ensure your comfort is never compromised.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the process.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unwashed and unworn Oodie back into its original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
